Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the InboxLedger Google Workspace Add-on ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
InboxLedger is a productivity tool that automates expense logging by scanning bank transaction emails in Gmail and organizing them into Google Sheets. The Service is provided "as is" for personal finance management.
User Responsibilities
Data Accuracy
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your financial data
- The Service automates data extraction from emails but does not guarantee accuracy
- Always verify expense categorizations and amounts before relying on them for financial decisions
Account Security
- Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
- Promptly revoke access if you suspect unauthorized use
- Understand that automated email scanning may access sensitive financial information

Service Availability
- The Service depends on Gmail and Google Sheets availability
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- OpenAI API integration may be subject to third-party limitations

THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE (IF ANY).

Termination
